Also, it's a pretty small space with no seating (except for benches for while you're waiting - pretty on par with other YiFang locations! ) ”

“ One of the boba places I tried next to Menya Hanabi. This isn't a place to really sit down, it is a place to get your drink and go. There are two self serve touch screens where you can place your order, and it is nice that your name will show up on the screen to let you know approximately when your drink is ready. It seems this is a franchise so there are other places that serve the same, but this was my first experience and I think it is worth a try. I decided to give the waffle a try, my kid enjoyed it. The passion fruit drink I got was decent, but the seeds inside were quite hard. I like how modern the place is, but it seems to be a lot more pricier than some other places that I have been to in this city. I think my bill for 5-6 drinks and a snack was about $60. I believe I could have gone to another place and max would have been $40. Worth a try, if especially if you are eating in the plaza. Until next time ! ”

“ This location has ample parking just a few feet away from the entrance. This is important to me, especially when you are trying to make a quick boba stop without having to circle for parking. My first impression of the interior was how cute, clean, and inviting it looked. I was greeted by very friendly staff member. When I informed her, I was there for the Treat O'Clock event she quickly explained the whole process. This was my first time participating in a Yelp event and it was such a neat experience and loved the Yelp straw cover! I received a complimentary Sesame milk tea with Boba and an apple pie wheel cake. Additionally, I ordered a taro milk tea, and taro wheel cake. I was glad that I was able to customize the sugar level of the drinks. Some of the highlights were how chewy and perfectly tender the Boba was. I love taro But not all locations use fresh pieces or paste and this place does! The wheel cakes were tender with a good chew texture and plenty of filling. This location is not near my home and honestly probably would not have tried it had it not been for the Yelp event. However, I am glad I did because I truly like their drinks and wheel cakes and they have one of my favorite taro drinks. ”

“ If you want a healthier drink using fresh ingredients, I would stop by here. Whenever I don't feel like a milky drink and craving for a more refreshing iced cold fruit-based drink, this is the place to go. My favorite go-to is the yifang fruit tea, you cannot go wrong with it. I get it under sweet (25%) because the fruit itself already carries a sweetness. If I want a heavier drink, then I will go towards the Mango pomelo sago (fantastic). They currently have happy hour where all the drinks are 15% off, Monday to Friday from 3 to 6pm. Highly recommend to try. ”

The interior reminds me of traditional architecture in some Asian countries, which ties in nicely with Yi Fang's origins as a Taiwanese chain. The branding is consistent with other Yi Fang locations I've visited. Ordering Experience: The ordering system is very efficient. The workers are often busy, so they have self-ordering machines that make the process smooth and quick. It's a great setup, especially during busy times. Drinks: This time, I opted for the warm winter melon tea. I've never had it warm before, and it was a delightful surprise--comforting and perfect for a cooler day. It came in a heat-safe cup with a lid designed for a straw, making it easy to enjoy on the go. Service: The service was as efficient as ever. There's a monitor that displays your order number and how many minutes are left until your drink is ready. They also offer seating for those waiting. Overall: Yi Fang Taiwan Fruit Tea in Arcadia continues to impress with its efficient service, cozy atmosphere, and delicious drinks. “ Great fruit teas! We ordered the peach grapefruit green tea and the YiFang fruit tea. The YiFang fruit tea is very refreshing and has apple slices, orange slices, pineapple, and passion fruit pieces inside. Staff is nice and quick. The decor is very cute and makes you feel like you're in Taiwan. It is self order at the kiosk. Not much seating inside but plenty of parking available. ”

“ I recently tried the Mango Pomelo Sago at Yi Fang, and it was fantastic! The fresh mango and slightly bitter pomelo balanced perfectly with the creamy coconut milk. The sago pearls added a fun, chewy texture, and the dessert wasn't overly sweet--just right for a hot day. Generous portions, fresh ingredients, and friendly staff made for a great experience. Highly recommend! Pro tip: do the Yelp check in and add boba for some delicious chewiness. ”

“ Another solid Yi Fang location located in the Vons/now closed Burlington Coat Factory/super food & business plaza. I've never had issues getting parking here (as I park at the abandoned Burlington Coat Factory lot). You can always order ahead for pick up or you can order in person or at one of their kiosks in shop. Staff is super friendly and helpful with their drink suggestions and if you have any questions. I also recommend following their social media as sometimes they have special deals for certain days/celebrations and do some local fundraising events too. Also what's unique is that this location has their pancakes (shaped like a cup of boba tea) and they can come with fillings such as custard, taro, or boba, I believe. We got the: 1) Yi Fang Fruit Tea (50% less sweet, less ice): -We also got this with agar boba. Added a nice chewy texture to the drink. -Comes with real slices of fruit, Very refreshing and not too tart. 2) Yakult Mountain Tea (50% less sweet, less ice): -One of my favorite drinks to get since I'm a big Yakult fan. The Yakult is already naturally sweet and so adjusting the sweetness makes this the perfect drink. Slightly sour due to the yogurt, but delicious and refreshing with a subtle taste of tea. -The bits of aloe also give a nice tropical twist as well. There's some limited seating inside if you're waiting for your drink, but despite the small space, I always love how YiFang decorates to look like a classic vendor stall. Makes for great photos to be honest. Good stuff! ”
